Best For: Senior portraits, large families, engagements, 1 pet/owner.

Booking & Rescheduling
No retainer is required to reserve your session date. Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather or other circumstances at the photographer’s discretion. Any necessary changes will be communicated directly with the client.
Proofing & Final Images
Following your session, you will receive an online proof gallery to select your favorite images included with your package. Final edited images will be delivered approximately 4–6 weeks after your selections are submitted.
Additional images may be purchased from your proof gallery if desired. Additional pricing may apply.
Editing & Image Use
RAW or unedited images are not provided. Final images may not be altered, edited, filtered, cropped, or otherwise modified after delivery. Clients receive personal-use and printing rights for prints up to 8x10. Please inquire with CKL Photography before ordering larger prints to ensure proper resolution, cropping, and print quality.
Physical Print Products (Canvas, Albums, Prints)
CKL Photography does not currently offer physical print products, canvases, albums, or other printed products.
Commercial use of any image is not included and requires a separate licensing agreement. Please contact CKL Photography for commercial licensing information and pricing.
Travel & Location Fees
Session pricing is based within a 30-mile radius of the Twin Cities. Additional mileage or fuel charges may apply and will be disclosed at the time of booking. If a client selects a location requiring an entrance fee, photography permit, parking fee, or other location-related charge, the client is responsible for that cost unless otherwise discussed with the photographer.
Animals
Animals are always welcome when appropriate for the session. Owners are responsible for the safe handling, supervision, and control of their animals at all times during the session.
Liability & Image Release
Clients are required to complete CKL Photography’s session agreement and liability waiver prior to their session. Clients will also complete an image-use release allowing CKL Photography to share photographs on social media, the CKL Photography website, portfolio materials, and other marketing or promotional materials.
Additional Information
Session pricing includes both the photography session and the number of edited digital images listed within your selected package—there are no separate session and image fees. Applicable sales tax may be added where required.
Pricing and policies are subject to change. Any applicable additional costs will be communicated prior to the session whenever possible.
